A 58-year-old male presented to the ED after being brought by his brother with confusion and abdominal distension. His family reports he fell off his porch onto soft ground earlier today and note he has a history of cirrhosis. They think his symptoms may have preceded his fall. Exam is notable for mild abdominal discomfort.
